As the founder of Building Better Bodies, Matt is committed to helping people like you unlock their full physical potential and achieve their Individual fitness goals. He provides personalised training programs encompassing weight loss, muscle gain, strength and conditioning, functional training, and general fitness training, all tailored to meet individual needs and aspirations.

Recognising the specific demands and joys of winter sports, Matt also established SnowFIT in 2012. Combining his expertise as a Level 1 Ski/Snowboard Instructor with his extensive personal training knowledge, Matt developed specialised programs to enhance ski fitness and snowboard conditioning. He has successfully helped individuals of all ages and ability levels – from weekend enthusiasts and families enjoying the slopes together to aspiring FIS athletes – maximise their time on the mountain, increase their stamina for skiing and snowboarding, minimise the risk of ski and snowboard injuries, and ultimately have more fun.

Matt's approach goes beyond simply prescribing exercises. He believes in setting strong, achievable goals collaboratively with his clients and providing the expert guidance, support, and motivation necessary to reach them. He takes the time to understand each individual's fitness history, current limitations, and desired outcomes to create truly personalised and effective training plans.
